Mapping

How build a 3D map? Simple, Panther use a stereo camera and sensors to localize itself on the space and detecting and recording.

Please Note: all this maps are made in 2017

In this page a full example of Panther making a 3D map. The output is filtered with Meshlab and the map is load on Sketchfab.

You can notice many details from the environment, starting from little stuff from the garden, and threes around the garden.

How the map is made

To make this map, I used:

• ROS melodic
• RTABmap
• Meshlab
• Load on Sketchfab
